Public Hearing:
Ih. Commission to consider Docket No. 13-99 P.P., a Primary Plat application
for Gerry Kosene. The petitioner seeks approval to plat 40 acres on 14 acres
known as the Fairgreen Trace Subdivision. The site is located on the north side of
116th Street, one-quarter mile west of Rangeline Road. The site is zoned R-
1/Residence.
