General
Information:
The applicant would
like to add a covered
porch to the front of his
home. The porch will
extend 3 feet into the
35-ft building setback
line. The materials of
the new porch addition
will match the existing.
Analysis:
The applicant has taken
the time to visit each
neighbor on his cul-de-
sac to seek his or her
approval for the covered pomh. The pomh will add an architectural feature to the house, adding to the
character of the neighborhood.

The approval of this variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals,

and the neighborhood.
