heating before the Hearing Officer of the Board of Zoning Appeals for Roehling Enterpises, Inc.

2. Mailed and Published Public Notice needs to occur no later than Friday, June 18, 2004. Published notice is
req~red within the Indianapolis Star.
3. The Proof of Notice will need to be received by this Depa~hnent no later than noon, Friday, June 25. Failure to
submit Proof of Notice by this time will result in the tabling of the petition.
4. The Filing Fee and nine (9) Informational Packets must be delivered to BZA Secretary Connie Tingley no later
than NOON, Friday, June 18. Failure to submit Informational Packets by this time will result in the automatic tabling
of the petition to the Monday, July 26, 2004, agenda of the BZA.
5. This Item will appear on the June 28, 2004 agenda of the Hearing Officer of the Board of Zoning Appeals
under Public Hearings at 6:15 pm.
6. The petitioner will need to provide a fully filled-out Findings-of-Fact sheets for each petition the night of the

Attached is the variance filing for Roehling Enterprises' fence in
Brighton Woods. The filing includes an exhibit showing the location of
the fence.
will file hard copies tomorrow.
This filing is done with the understanding that Ray Roehling as builder
may continue to be issued ILPs for new homes in Brighton Woods and that
any existing homes under construction in Brighton Woods will be issued
temporaru C/Os pending resolution of this variance.
We request that a hearing officer consider the variance at a June~
meeting.
