Thc Board voted five ($) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving ~he petition with the followi~ CONDfflONS: 1) That road right-of-way is dedicated, per the road improvement plan 2) That there is a vn'itten agreement m dedicate additional road fight-of-way up to the face of the building, at thc request of the City, in the thmre, if needed for thc future road project. ~I~oPROVED: Docket No. 04040022 V Development Standards for no parki~ on site. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variances approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have b~en received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is June 28, 2005. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
