APPROVED: Docket No. 04050049 Va-04050049 Vq Development Standards for fence height with the following three (3) conditions: I) Fence be completed to refloct the same workm~hlp on both sides. 2) Fence be set vertically without additional supports. 3) proper grading and seed/muich he completed, once the fence is completed. Thc Hearing Officer voted in favor, thereby approving the pefifien with the stated conditions. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Orai.~nce, the aforementioned Development Standards Variances approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous comtructiou of the improvements must be undarway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval gran~d by this Depar~nent. The expiration date of the approval is June 28, 2005. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
