At the meeting held Monday, June 28, 2004, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regar~i-g the Developmental Standards Variance Cv') filed by you for the propen'y located at 725 B. 106'~ Street:
APPROVED: Doehat No. 04040049 V Developmant Standards for Home Place Overlay Requirements. The Board
voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition with the following CONDrrlONS:
1) No storage of vel~cles, other than those being serviced.
2) Final building favade and sign approval by the Depamnant.
3) Provision for dumpster anclosurc with fence painted to mateh building.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, thc aforementioned Development
Standards Variances approval is valid ~r one (I) year. By that time, either continuous cousWuction of thc
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The exphation date of the approval is June 28, 2005.
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
