At lhe meeting held Monday, Sune 28, 2004, the Cannel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the fo.llmo, wing action
regardiag the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 2290 W. 136 Street:
APPROVED: Docket No. 04050019 V Development Standards for accessory building built before principal
building. The Board voted five (5) ia favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition with the following
CONDITION:
1) That the principal buildiag is completed within 24 munths of permit issuanee.
APPROVED: Dneket No. 04050020 V Development Standards for accessory building ia fi-om ofpriacipal building.
The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition:
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit oftha Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variunees approval ia valid for one (1) year. By that time, either eontiaunus eonstruntion of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Deparmaent. TM expiration date of the approval is June 28, 2005.
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
