Statement of Variance Accessory Building located in front of Principal Building Requesting a Variance of development standards to allow an accessory building (an existing house) to be located in front of a primary structure (a proposed new house). 2. Statement of Support The structures are located on an 8 acre tract in an area of smaller lots. The primary structure is proposed to be 350 ft. from 136th. Street. The secondary structure is 175 ft. from the 136th Street property line. The former ordinance allowed accessory buildings to be in front of the primary structures when located this distance from the street.
