Accessory Building built before a primary Building
Requesting a Variance of development standards to allow
Modifications to be made to the accessory building (the existing
house) before the completion of the primary structure (a proposed
new house).
2. Statement of Support
Allowing modifications to the existing structure allows a better
Coordinated work progression and prevents an additional
disruption of the site after the completion of the primary structure.

1. Statement of Variance
Accessory Building located in front of Principal Building
Requesting a Variance of development standards to allow an
accessory building (an existing house) to be located in front of a
primary structure (a proposed new house).
2. Statement of Support
The structures are located on an 8 acre tract in an area of smaller
lots. The primary structure is proposed to be 350 ft. from 136th.
Street. The secondary structure is 175 ft. from the 136th Street
property line.
The former ordinance allowed accessory buildings to be in front of
the primary structures when located this distance from the street.
The accessory building will have colors and finished coordinated
with the primary house which will provide an estate setting.
