Sec 3 -Amenity Area (04050026 SU~ Dear Mr. Elmov~: At the meeting held Monday, Sune 28, 2004, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Special Use (SU) filed by you for the property located northeast of 131= S~reet and SheFoorne Road: APPROVED: Docket No. 04050026 SU Special Use for an amenity area. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition with thc following CONDITIONS: 1) Sidewall to street at enttance to townhomes. 2) Sidewalk between parking and fields to complete loop. 3) Goals, seoreboards, and gnmdstands out only during football season. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit'ofthe Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variances approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous comh'uction of the improvenmnts must bi underway, or a writran request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and eppmval granted by this Depariment. The expiration date of the approval is June 28, 2005. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department s review.
