Amenity Area, which was discussed at the TAC Meeting on June 16. Please complete the following

Dear Ed:
My comments are as follows:
1. It appears that the plan has been amended since the 3/30/04 landscape plan that
was approved (i.e. Block A, addition of another pond, parking lot). Please
provide me with the revised plan.
2. Attach a legible (sized) copy of the plant schedule to the plan.
3. The plan must have graphic planting details for all types of plant materials, and
planting notes or specifications.
4. The plan must shown the limits of construction (graphically) and graphic details
of any tree protection areas and fencing.
5. The plan must show any potential areas of conflict (i.e. easements, over-head
power lines, etc.) graphically
