Pulte Homes of Indiana, LLC is seeking a variance of use of the existing sales trailer to
remain on the subject property within Cherry Creek Estates for no more than two (2) years.
We have filed an Application for Board of Zoning Appeals Action Use Variance with the
City of Carmel, which has been docketed as Docket Number 04050027 UV. This matter is
scheduled to be heard by Carmel's Board of Zoning Appeals at 7:00 P.M., on Monday, June 28,
2004, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square. Enclosed is a photograph of the
existing sales trailer, along with a copy of the plot plan depicting the location of the sales trailer.

variance to allow sales trailer to remain on property for duration of subdivision development?

We are getting the variance of development standards finalized for the Cherry Creek Estate sales trailer.
Would you please let me what what sections of the ordinance I need to site on this application? Since we
missed the April 9 deadline, we will have this submitted by May 14 for the June 28 hearing,
