The petitioner seeks approval to plat 32 lots on 25 acres known as the High Grove Subdivision. The petitioner also seeks approval of a variance of Section 6.3.21 of the Carmel/Clay Subdivision Regulations to eliminate the required second entrance to the subdivision.
