Docket Nos. 24-99 DP/ADLS and 25-99 PP/SP
On April 20, 1999, representatives of BK Partners 11I LLC will present an Application for a
Replat Approval of Lots 8 & 9 of the North Augusta Addition, an Application for Final
Development Plan Approval and an Application for Architectural Design, Lighting and
Signage to the Cannel/Clay Township Plan Commission to permit the development of a
combined fast food restaurant/convenience store and gas station. The site is ctm'enfly zoned
B-2 and is part of the Michigan Road Overlay Zone.
The proposed commemial development is generally described in the enclosed petitions,
applications, plans and drawings, and is mom completely described in the plans on file with
the Department of Community Services.
The enclosed development plan is the result of several months with the Special Studies
Committee. The enclosed plan meets the requirements as set forth in the overlay zone and is
a unique and appealing approach to a site with both a convenience store and fast-food
restaurant.
Thank you for your consideration of these matters. We look forward to presenting this
project to you on July 20, 1999.
