The site is ctm'enfly zoned B-2 and is part of the Michigan Road Overlay Zone. The proposed commemial development is generally described in the enclosed petitions, applications, plans and drawings, and is mom completely described in the plans on file with the Department of Community Services. The enclosed development plan is the result of several months with the Special Studies Committee. The enclosed plan meets the requirements as set forth in the overlay zone and is a unique and appealing approach to a site with both a convenience store and fast-food restaurant.
