Dear Board Members,
I am applying to replat the subdivision of Taylor Trace to exclude my lot (Lot 12) located at
3309 E 146 Street. I am the past president of the Home Owners' Association, and at our most
recent meeting it was decided that it would be in the best interest of the neighborhood to
condense the subdivision to the eleven lots that are located on the cul-de -sac of Taylor Trace
Drive.
My property contains the original historic farmhouse built in 1901. The three acres the home
originally sat on was sold to a developer in 2002 and their company created the subdivision
around the parcel. It is the only property in the subdivision that is not part of the cul-de -sac with
the driveway access directly to 146 Street. The other homeowners of Taylor Trace believe that
it is a conflict of interest to contain my property since I receive no benefit from improvements to
the common areas or roadway. I have included an aerial photograph of the subdivision so that
you can see how our property stands out from the other homes within Taylor Trace in both
appearance and access.
