We have received a copy of the DOCD Recommendations for our project that you presented at the Special Study Committee meeting on Tuesday, October 3. A copy of which is attached hereto. As we stated during the meeting, we agree to the requirements with the exception of the request to provide an accurate survey of the North property line. In addition, you will need to provide the documents for my signature necessary to dedicate the additional right of way.
