Landscaping, Lighting, and Signage applications for BK Partners. The petitioner seeks approval to
construct a 5,000 square foot retail complex on 1.5 acres known as the Carmel Convenience Center. The
site is zoned B-2/business and is located witNn the Michigan Road (U.S. 421) Overlay Zone. (Petitioner
will also be appearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals for consideration oftkree Developmental
