Dear Members:
The Carmel/Clay Plan Commission offers you the following report on the application of
Glenwood LLC, (copy attached) petitioning the Commission to rezone the following real
estate located in Hamilton County, Indiana, to-wit:
Lot numbered Eight (8) and the West One-Half (1/2) of Lot Number Nine (9) in
Dixie Highway Addition, an Addition to Home Place in Hamilton County,
Indianapolis, Indiana, as per plat thereof, recorded in Deed Record 106, page 7, in
the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana, commonly known as
10820 North College Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46280
FROM ZONE CLASSIFICATION R-3/RESIDENTIAL TO
B-l/BUSINESS DISTRICT.
The Carmel/Clay Plan Commission's recommendation on the petition of the applicant is a
NEGATIVE RECOMMENDATION.
At its regularly scheduled meeting of June 15, 1999, the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission
voted a "Negative Recommendation" on the requested Rezone. The vote was
UNANIMOUS with 13 members in attendance.
