APPROVED: Docket No. 040500017 ADLS Amend. The Committee approved the request four (4) in favor zero (0) opposed thereby granting the petition, with the following conditions: 1.) the wall sign be broken up into 3 separate signs, staggered around the entry door arched window, with Ed Martin at the top and the 2 logos dropped lower to be located near each side of the arched window, and 2.) the monument sign will have at most 3-inch deep channel letters with an opaque white background, and 3.) the service sign will be equal to or less than 3 square feet in area, per the Sign Ordinance. In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
