HomeMy WebLinkAboutLetter of GrantCITY OF CARMEL DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES Division of Planning & Zoning LETTER of GRANT July 27, 2004 John Bennett Project Manager A/E Technologies, Inc. 6216 East Washington Street Indianapolis, IN 46219 Re: Mayflower Park, Blk 6, Lot 2 - Ed Martin (04060012 V & 04060013 V) Dear Mr. Bennett: At the meeting held Monday, July 26, 2004, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located southwest of 99t~ Street and Michigan Road: APPROVED: Docket No. 04060012 V Development Standards for east wall sign area The Board voted four (4) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition with the following CONDITION: 1) That the square footage of the sign not exceeds nine (9) square feet. APPROVED: Docket No. 04060013 V Development Standards for number of signs. The Board voted four (4) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition: Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variances approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is July 26, 2005. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
