Student Annual electronic membership benefits for a student (any field) with $50

Group Rate (minimum three individuals) Annual membership benefits for one
individual when three or more individuals from the same organization are CNU $175

Government Group Rate (minimum three individuals) Annual membership
benefits for one individual when three or more individuals from the same $160
government department are CNU members
Deadlines
Early bird registrations: May 8, 2009, midnight EST
Mailed or faxed registrations: June 5, 2009, 5 p.m. EST (postmarked)
Online registrations: June 8, 2009, 5 p.m. EST
After June 8, please wait for onsite registration. Registrations receive between June 8 and June 10 will
have to be re- processed onsite.
Substitution /Cancellation Policy
Substitutions for Conference Registration are accepted at any time without penalty but must be made in
writing. Registration fees will be refunded less a $100.00 administration charge, if a refund request is
received in writing at AHI (118 W. Church St., PO Box 519, Selbyville, DE 19975, Fax: 302- 436 -1911,
email: convene @aol.com) before May 8, 2009. No refunds for registration fees will be issued for requests
received after May 8, 2009,.and the participant or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the fee.
