Angie,
Attached find a marked up site plan with the info you requested and the existing sign info. All faces are white in color. The
site plan will be put in the booklets.
A color photo of the east elevation of the building showing the existing signs will be put in the booklets. The adjoiner list is
ready at Transfer & Mapping, we just haven't picked it up yet. I will file a copy when we get it. The sign company is figuring
the area of the blue "swoosh". When I get it, I will send it along. The sign is the exact same sign that was previously
approved for this building and previously installed on the east elevation, so it should be OK. With regard to the brightness of
the existing two signs, I am told they are the same. They appear different because the Blue & Co. sign letter height is 40"
verses the 32" of the K-D sign and the Blue & Co.. letters are a big, fat bold font while the K-D letters are a skinny font.
Unless all signs are the same letter height, same number of letters (maybe even the exact same letters), and the same font,
there will be differences in perceived, if not actual, brightness.
FCCI is planning on using the exact same sign as was previously installed on the east facade of the building, thus it's
illumination is the same as previously approved for it on this building.
I think that covers everything, let me know if I missed anything.
