Statement of variance or intent for re-location of pine trees at Woodbrook
Elementary School.
1. Student safety and security.
2. Improve the appearance of the school along 116th Street.
3. Enhanco the normal growth / maturity of existing trees.
63 trees will be relocated at 5185 East 131st. Street CCS Facilities &
Transportation property.
32 trees would remain at Woodbrook.
10 trees would be relocated at a tree nursery. 2 trees are dead and will be removed.
5 trees will be relocated at Cherry Tree Elementary.
33 trees would be relocated at Hartman Field.
