The approval of this variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the community because: There was a previous variance granted for Fifth Third Bank at this site, which expired. The approval of this variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the community because' Since thc property has two frontages, a provision is allowed to shift thc permitted sign square footage from one frontage to another, as long as thc 2 signs on one frontage arc a wall and ground sign, not thc same type of sign. This variance would allow, in essence, thc ground sign, which is allowed anyway to become a wall sign. 2.)
