The Special Studies Committee will meet to consider the following items:
1. Docket No. 11120022 ADLS Amend: Carmel Walk Signage.
The applicant seeks approval to place one new ground sign on the property. The site is located at 1305-
1329 S. Range Line Rd. and is zoned B -8 /Business, located within the Carmel Drive/Range Line Rd.
Overlay Zone. Filed by David Fineberg of the Fineberg Group, owner.
2. Docket No. 11120026 ADLS Amend: Parkwood Crossing Bldg. 5 Signage.
The applicant seeks approval to place one new wall sign on the east face of the building. The site is
located at 510 E. 96` St. and is zoned B -6 /Business, within the US 31 Corridor Overlay Zone. Filed by

3. Docket No. 11110009 DP /ADLS: Fifth Third Bank.

Docket No. 11090004 OA: Sign Ordinance Update.
The applicant seeks approval to amend Chapter 25.07: Sign Ordinance of the Zoning Ordinance in order
