PRO3ECT OVERV[EW
The Carmel Centre West Office Complex will consist of three general
and professional office buildings on 4 acres located at the southeast corner
of 106th Street and Commerce Drive. The office buildings are to be
constructed of brick with limestone and ETFS trim and have been designed
to complement the other approved buildings in the Michigan Road Corridor.
The landscaping, lighting and signage for the site will enhance the
site's appearance. This property is located in the B-5/business zoning
district and the Michigan Road Overlay Zone. The office buildings and other
site improvements have been designed in compliance with the B-
5/business district and Michigan Road Overlay Zone development
standards.
