Please note that you still have to work with the other departments to get their approvals, such as the building permits dept, engineering dept, fire dept, etc. (They are copied on this email.) Per our conversation, I have attached preliminary information regarding the canopy extension at IU Health North Hospital. Any information that you can provide regarding whether this specific project requires the TAC review process, and if so, information regarding the TAC review. RE: Indiana University Health North Hospital PET /CT Mobile Pad Addition [Canopy Extension] 11700 North Meridian Street, Carmel, Indiana I am writing to gain understanding of the City of Carmel's expectation and process for TAC review and approval for the above referenced project. The PET /CT Mobile Pad Addition consists of minimal site work located in the adjacent area of construction and extending the existing drive- through Emergency Canopy by 19' -6" to the east. The existing Emergency Canopy is located on the southeast corner of the hospital, which faces east or US -31. The design intent for the canopy extension is to match the existing metal panel in color and edge /parapet detail.
