HomeMy WebLinkAboutLetter of GrantCITY OF CARMEL DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES Division of Planning & Zoning September 28, 2004 Mr. Cecil Stonebraker 12235 Brompton Road Carmel, IN 46033 LETTER of GRANT Re: Brookshire Village, Sec 3...B, lot 175 - setback (04080022 V) Dear Mr. Stonebraker: At the meeting held Monday, September 27, 2004, the Cannel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) fried by you for the property located at 12235 Brompton Road: APPROVED' Docket No. 04080022 V Variance for established building setbacks. The Hearing Officer voted in favor of the 5.33 feet encroachment, thereby approving the petition. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variances approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is September 27, 2005. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
