STATEMENT OF VARIANCE
Petitioner, (Cecil L. Stonebraker) requests a variance to construct a 15 by 18 foot
sunroom on the rear of our home. The sunroom will en-croach approximately four (4)
feet into the (50) fifty foot rear setback.
STATEMENT OF SUPPORT
Petitioner, (Cecil L. Stonebraker) has chronic kidney failure and in the future will need
dialysis, thus being more homebound. This room addition will allow petitioner to enjoy
the outdoors without being outside in the elements. The addition will enhance the value
of the property. The back yard is fenced and tree lined restricting visibility of the room
addition by any neighbors. Finally all surrounding neighbors have been personally
notified by the petitioner, of The Intent To En-Croach and Build a Sunroom, and all have
signed a document of approval which is attached to the application for a variance.
