Highway Department and Platinum Propertiees_(manager of PPV, LLCpthat the10`foot wide. asphalt walking path shown adjacent to 146t on,the approved construction plans for the referenced project should not be.constructed'at this;time. However; if within,threeyears from the date of this letter, the Hamilton Co. Highway Department; determines' that it wishes to install a walking path in the location shown on the plans, PPV;LLC (the owner Of Heather Knoll) will;notinstall the path but will issue a check.to the Hamilton Co.Highway Department for the sum of $5,684.00 which represents the current dostto install the walking path.
