My family is in need of more garage space. And because of my property being a irregular shaped lot I am seeking this variance to build a detached garage on my property. Per the enclosed plot plan, I am able to keep the minimum side yard set back of ten (10) feet to my adjoining neighbor property line but will be short three (3) feet of the aggregate side yard.
