In discussing the variances with Jon and reading the ordinance and ordinance definitions, the Department will
withdraw Docket No. 04080034, Chapter 23A.04 - parking prohibited in greenbelt, and
we may withdraw Docket No. 04080030 - 80% maximum lot coverage, if you can provide the calculations of the
lot coverage on the site (using buildings and paved area) and using the total parcel square footage figure before
the road rights of way are dedicated.
I will provide you the updated total fee for the variances once you provide the site lot coverage.
