BEFORE THE HEARING OFFICER OF THE
BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF
THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Heating Officer of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the
City of Carmel/Clay Township, Indiana, meeting on the 22'la day of November, 2004, at 6:30 o'clock
p.m., in the Caucus Rooms, Second Floor, City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold
a Public Hearing regarding a Developmental Standards Variance Application identified as Docket No.
04100020V (the "Application"), pertaining to the real estate (the "Real Estate") described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto. The Real Estate is approximately 3.69 acres in size, and is generally located at 3800 East
96th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46240, in Hamilton County, Indiana.
The Application, which will be heard by the Hearing Officer of the Board of Zoning Appeals on
November 22, 2004, at 6:30 p.m., seeks approval to erect a second wall identification sign on the southern
facia of the Ed Martin Acura dealership building, pursuant to the plans on file with the Department of
Community Services. Copies of the Application are on file for examination at the Department of
Community Services, One Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032, telephone 317/571-2417.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above Application, either in writing or
verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and place.
Written objections to the Application that are filed with the Department of Community Services
prior to the Public Hearing will be considered and oral comments concerning the Application will be heard
at the Public Hearing. .
The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
