HomeMy WebLinkAboutLetter of GrantCITY OF CARMEL DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES Division of Planning & Zoning November 23, 2004 I ETTER of GRANT Mr. & Mrs. B indner 6 Woodacre Drive Carmel, IN 46032 Re: Woodacre Park, Lot 1 - fence height (Docket No. 04100029 V) Dear Mr. & Mrs. B indner, At the meeting held Monday, November 22, 2004, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 6 Woodacre Drive: APPROVED: Docket No. 04100029 V Variance for fence height to be 7-ft tall along rear of property. The Heating Officer voted in favor of the 1-ft variance in height, thereby approving the petition. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinande, the aforementioned Development Standards Variances approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is November 22, 2005. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
