Dear Bob & Cindy
Thank you for your letter notifying us of your plans to remodel our former residence at
14415 Cherry Tree Road in Carmel. We were unaware of the unique 70iL set-back
when we subdivided our property in 2002. However, since we had no plans to remodel
the front of the house it was a detail that was easily overlooked.
Your plans to remodel the home sound great and it doesn't surprise me that the Kaisers
and the Deens (Steve and Jerilyn) are excited about them as well. They have been
wonderful neighbors and we will miss them.
Needless to say, if we were your new neighbors you would have our full support of your
remodeling project. It will def'mitely enhance the neighborhood and add value to the
surrounding properties. Since many properties on Cherry Tree have far less than a 70fi
set-back with less land than yours, We anticipate that your request will be approved.
We look forward to following your progress with the remodeling and having a chance to
see the final results. Have a wonderful holiday season.

We are owners of the property immediately North of the aforememioned property. We
have spoken to the petitioners, Bob and Cindy Haddad, and fully understand their
intentions and plans to build a new three-car garage that will extend beyond the existing
70' front building set back.
We want the board to know that we are in favor of this project, and hope that you will
grant the Haddad's the variance they are requesting.
