Re: Fecitt, Lot 1 (04110020 V): front building setback
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Haddad:
At the meeting held Monday, December 13, 2004, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 14415
Cherry Tree Road:
APPROVED: Docket No. 04110020 V, Development Standards Variance to have your garage extend
(approximately) 38-ft beyond the 70-ft front building setback line. The Hearing Officer voted in favor of the variance,
thereby approving the petition.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variances approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, eittier continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is December 13, 2005.
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
