At the meeting held Tuesday, January 4, 2005, Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at the
southeast comer of 97~ Street and Michigan Road:

APPROVED: Docket No. 04110013V Development Standards Variance Application for setback from residential.
APPROVED: Docket No. 04110015V Development Standards Variance Application for bufferyard requirements.
APPROVED: Docket No. 04120011V Development Standards Variance Application for 30-foot greenbelt.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variances approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is January 4, 2006.
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
