We have recently met with the Carmel Planning Department for an administrative review of the Documents. At that meeting, there were no concerns raised that would require a full review of the Documents. The Administrative Team requested that we send a packet of the proposed Drawings to members of the Team for a cursory review. Please take a few minutes to review the enclosed documents, and forward any questions or concerns to Andy Miller. Sincerely, FANNING HOWEY Paul (Andy) A.
