2004. Please note, your comments were addressed as follows'
1) The second amendment docket number was shown on the Replat as requested.
2) The right-of-way for Londonberry Boulevard was shown/labeled as requested.
3) My signature and date in on the Replat as requested.
4) The submission date was Changed as requested.
5) "Flexibility" was changed to correct spelling on Slieet 2 as requested.
6) Attached, you will find copies of my correspondence to TAC members
informing them of the changes/additions to the Replat.

the $100.00 review fee as requested.
2) The instrument number of the existing Windsor Grove Secondary Plat appears
in the description shown on Sheet 2 of 2.
3) The rights-of-way dimensions of existing streets were shown.
4) The developer understands and agrees that no decorative signs, sprinkler
systems, trees, landscape mounds, fences and light poles are not allowed within
any right-of'way.
5) The names in the Commissioner's signature block and the name of the Auditor
was corrected as requested.

Please update the revision/submission date.
Spell-check the text of sheet 2: change flexability to flexibility.
Please provide copies of your correspondence with the TAC members.
Add the suffix "A" to lots numbers to denote the amendment.
Please submit a revised Secondary Plat with the above-mentioned changes. Once these changes have
been made and comments addressed, please produce a Mylar copy for signature by this Department.
Two paper copies of the plat must be filed with the Mylar prior to recording, and three paper copies and a
Mylar of the recorded plat must be submitted following recording. Our approval of the secondary plat
(signature) will be forthcoming upon revision of the plans according to the items listed above.

Department has the following comments:
1. An Appfication for Project Review needs to be completed and the appropriate
review fees for a Small Subdivision paid, before any approvals will be granted from
this office.
2. Include the instrument number of the existing Wtndsor Grove Secondary P~at.
3, Label and dimension the right of way of the existing streets.
4. Please note that decorative signs, sprinkler systems, trees, landscaping mounds,
fences, light poles or other such amenities am not permitted In the fight of way.
5. Replace Sharon Clark in the Commissioners signature block with Christine Altman.
The Auditor's name should read Robin M. Mills.

Windsor Grove Subdivision is located on the South Side of 106th Street on the West side of
Towne Road and will consist of 3 single-family homes on 1.81 acres. Drainage for this site
will be accomplished by a combination of surface drainage and storm sewer drainage to the
existing Towne Lakes Arm of the Fitch & Jessup Drain. .
