of U.S. Highway 421 North 16 degrees and 15 minutes West 251.01 feet; thence North 90
degrees and 00 minutes East 714.3 feet; thence South 16 degrees and 57 minutes West 157.0

Public Hearing upon an application for Architectural Design, Lighting and Signage (ADLS)
approval for a real estate office located on the property described below.
