Draft Text Amendment Ordinance reflecting the changes requested at the August 16, 2004, Special Meeting of the Subdivision Committee. Background: This Ordinance Amendment adds a new chapter to the Zoning Ordinance establishing requirements for properties along Carmel Drive and Range Line Road who wish to undergo major renovation or new construction. This amendment has been under review of the Plan Commission, Subdivision Committee, and members of the public now for several months, and is now before you to make a recommendation to the Carmel City Council.
