These items will appear on your June 7th agenda. Ordinance No. Z-445-04 (Docket No. 04020004 OA) Alley & Frontage Place- Ordinance Amendment Petition to Amend Sections 6. 03.19, 6.03.24, and 6.03.25 of the Carmel/Clay Subdivision Control Ordinance amending the requirement that residences on lots abutting thoroughfares derive vehicular access by means of alleys or frontage places. Ordinance No. Z-449-04 (Docket No. 04020030 Z) Old Meridian - Mixed Use Rezone Petition of the City of Carmel to rezone land from OM/SU - Old Meridian Special Use, OM/O - Old Meridian Office, OM/SFA Old Meridian Single Family Attached and OM/MF - Old Meridian Multi-family to OM/MU Old Meridian Mixed Use. The properties are located along West Main Street and are bound by Guilford Road to the east and Old Meridian Street to the west within Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana. Copy of Plan Commission Certification Council Report 2004-0511 Ordinance No. Z-445-04 NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS CARMEL, INDIANA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE CARMEL/CLAY ZONING ORDINANCE Z-445-04 Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the City of Carmel and Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of the City of Carmel will meet at their regular meeting place, Council Chambers, Carmel City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032, at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, the 7th day of June, 2004, to consider the following: Petition to Amend Sections 6.03.19, 6. 03.24, and 6.03.25 of the Carmel/Clay S ubdivi sion Control Ordinance amending the requirement that residences on lots abutting thoroughfares derive vehicular access by means of alleys or frontage places located within the Jurisdiction of the Carmel Advisory Plan Commission, pursuant to the application filed by the City of Carmel Department of Community Services on behalf of the Carmel Common Council and identified as Carmel Advisory Plan Commission Docket No. 04020004 OA.
