We represent Main & Guilford, LLC in connection with an Architectural Design Lighting
and Signage Application that it has made with respect to property that it intends to develop at the
southwest comer of Main and Guilford Streets in Carmel, commonly known as 811 West Main
Street. The application seeks approval of a 2 story retail building with parking. A public hearing
on the ADLS Application before the Carmel Plan Commission is set for Tuesday, March 16th,
2004 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at One Civic Square in Carmel.
Enclosed you will find an official Notice of Public Hearing containing additional details,
including a legal description of the property. Of course, if you should have any questions or

Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Plan Commission meeting on Tuesday, March 16,
2004 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, I Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032
will hold a Public Hearing upon an Architectural Design Lighting and Signage
application for Main & Guilford Plaza, LLC for approval of a retail building with parking,
located at 811 West Main Street, Carmel, lndiana.
The application is identified as Docket No. 04020008
The real estate affected by said application is described as follows:

Part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 18

200.78 feet, thence West parallel with the North line of said West Half 260.00
feet, thence North parallel with the East line of said West Half 220.78 feet to the
