Dear Dave:
It is my suggestion to build a rectangle trellace that will hide more of the structure of the shed when the places
grow over the supports. If you wanted attache a wood frame to your shed, I would make it the full width of the
shed. The plant supports could be wooden (horizonal or diagonal direction) slats or laticework.
There are sveral vines I would suggest that would be good species:
Wisteria sinensis
Vistis cognetiae
Schraphragma hydrangoides
Lonicera sempervirens
Carnpsis radicans
Chinese Wisteria
Gloryvine Grape
Japanese Hydrangae Vine
Trumpet Honeysuckle
Common Trumpet Creeper
I would take your plant supplier's recomendation on the number of plants to install that would provide a thick
growing trellace, I would say at least 6 for the 12' width of the shed.
