Docket Nos. 04020033 PP: Bennett Minor Subdivision
The applicant seeks to create a 2- lot minor residential subdivision. The petitioner also
seeks the following subdivision waivers:
#04030010 SW SCO 6.05.01 lots shall abut/have access to a street
#04030011 SW SCO 6.05.01 lots shall have a minimum o£50-ft frontage
The site is located at 2020 W. 136th Street. The site is zoned S-l/Residence-Estate.

The Subdivision Committee forwards this item with a unanimous favorable recommendation.
The Department recommends that this Primary Plat request and subdivision waivers be
approved as forwarded by the Subdivision Committee.
Additional Note: Written findings are required for action on the Primary Plat and Subdivision
Waiver request. The applicant shall present these to the Commission at the meeting prior to
approval.
Background:
The applicant is proposing a two-lot subdivision. The Technical Advisory Committee reviewed
the petition on March 17 and all comments have been address to the sat~sfactmn of the
Department. Due to the limited scope of the proposed subdivision (two lots with no new streets
and limited improvements) the Department will be requesting that, in the absence of any
comments from the public or commission that may not be fully addressed at the hearing, that the
Commission take final action on the Primary Plat this evening.
The Department recommends that this Primary Plat request and subdivision waivers be
approved as forwarded by the Subdivision Committee.
