Docket Nos. 04020033 PP: Bennett Minor Subdivision The applicant seeks to create a 2- lot minor residential subdivision. The petitioner also seeks the following subdivision waivers: #04030010 SW SCO 6.05.01 lots shall abut/have access to a street #04030011 SW SCO6.05.01 lots shall have a rninimum of 50-ft frontage The site is located at 2020 W. 136th Street. The site is zoned S-l/Residence-Estate. Filed by Dave Barnes of Weihe Engineers. ~ ~]~ The applicant is proposing a two-lot subdivision. The Technical Advisory Committee reviewed the petition on March 17th and all comments have been address to the satisfaction of the Department. Due to the limited scope of the proposed subdivision (two lots with no new streets and limited improvements) the Department will be requesting that, in the absence of any comments fi.om the public or commission that may not be fully addressed at the hearing, that the Commission take final action on the Pr/mary Plat this evening. The Department recommends that this Primary Plat request and subdivision waivers be approved this evening after the public hearing is conducted Note: Approving the request this evening will require a vote to waive the Commission's mles of procedure which would have the item sent to the Subdivision Committee on May 6th for further discussion.
