Weston Park, Lot 3 - National City Bank
The applicant seeks approval for a bank building with parking. The site is located
southwest of 106th Street & Michigan Road. The site is zoned l-I/Industrial and is
located within the US 421 Overlay Zone.
Filed by Kenneth Sebree of Sebree Architects, Inc.
The Special Studies committee forwards the Development Plan to the full Plan Commission with
a 4-0 favorable recommendation as amended. The applicant should present the modified
elevations to the full Plan Commission at the meeting.
The Department recommends that the Plan Commission approve the Development Plan
subject to the following:
Add cast stone base to dumpster enclosure to match building.
The wall sign be illuminated white at night.
That the applicant provide full color elevations to the D~partment as requested.
Background:
The applicant is requesting approval of an ADLS for the construction of a bank along US 421, as
part of the proposed Weston Park Center (Development Plan previously approved) at the
southwest comer of 106th and Michigan Road. Please see the informational packet prepared by
the applicant for an overview of the site and proposed building elevations. The proposed
building design appears to the 421 Overlay requirements.
