The green sign by day and white sign by night has been addressed by Ken Sebree in a submittal packet to Jon Dobosiewicz on May 12, 2004. The dumpster enclosure has been relocated away from Michigan Road, and the has been modified to match the building materials (Also submitted to Jon Dobosiewicz on May 11, 2004). The roof top mounted equipment has all been screened from view as shown in submitted wall elevations. Color elevations of all four sides of the proposed building have been provided to Jon Dobosiewicz on May 12, 2004. All questions from both Commission meeting were addressed, and approved 4-0 in the Special Studies Committee pending the submittals to Jon Dobosiewicz. Hamilton County Surveyor's Office has approved the outlet request (copy attached) Plans have been re-submitted to Clay Township Regional Waste District for final approval (May 13, 2004). TAC comments were addressed and re-submitted to Jon Dobosiewicz on April 8, 2004. Scott Brewer has given his verbal approval April 14, 2004. The steel edging concern discussed in the TAC meeting has been addressed with Scott. National City Bank has contracts with landscaping companies to do bi~weekly maintenance and up keep of all their properties~ Scott said the "Steel Edging" can remain on the plans. John South's comments have also been addressed and he has our final construction plans as well. John has done a quick review and told me that it looks like I have addressed all his comments. An up dated Lighting and Landscaping Plans are in this submittal. The lighting matches KITE Development's master lighting specs and type that had been approved by your office earlier this year. 4. The entrance drive lines up across from each other on the private drive. 5. The architect is working on the NCB sign with Kite first before submitting plans to your office. The proposed site falls within the Park Northwestern-Watershed. 2. This proposed site DOES NOT fall in a Carmel Well Head Protection Area. 3. This proposed site is pm of the master plan for Weston Park and the site drainage has been included in thc drainage calculations. A stub pipe from structure 26 was included in the regulated drain system to service lot 3. Please try to utilize tiffs stub as the outlet point for the site. The HCSO will not allow another structure to be set into the proposed 30" RCP nm without it being approved by and coordinated with the oflsinal design engineer. The existing stub to lot 3 will also need to be properly terminated, if it is not utilized. Please show and label the regulated drain easement per the Weston Park plat recently aplxov~l by this office. The easement information can be attained from Jellllifer Roberts with Civil Designs. 6.
