Enclosed please find a set of revised construction plans lbr the subject project. The plans are
submitted per your comment letter dated March 8, 2004. Your specific comments were
addressed as follows:
1. A separate lighting plan will be provided by Edwards Electric.
2. Although wc have coordinated the landscape plan with Scott Brewer, we have not
been able to obtain an official approval letter from Mr. Brewer. It is our
understanding that the landscape plan has been approved by Mr. Brewer by virtue of
thc enclosed c-mail correspondeoce.
3. Thc docket number was added to the cover sheet.
4. Building dimensions were added as requested.
5. Copies of correspondence with TAC members is enclosed.
6. Thc signagc plan will be submitted lbr approval at a later date.
7. Per our coovcrsation approximately one month ago, the 9' x 18' parking spaces
along thc pcrimctur of the sile are allowing for a.2' overhang on the end and will
essentially be 9' x 20' spaces. This is conmmn practice in Carmel.
8. Since 99"~ Street is a private street, the regress/egress easement was labeled instead
of the right-of-way.
9. The trash receptacle details are enclosed.
10. The only trucks anticipated to use the site alter move-in by the tenant will be garbage
trucks. These tracks will enter at the southwest entrance, tbllow the heavy duty
pavement path to the dumpster enclosure, and exit through the eastern cntTance. I
believe we discussed this in our previous conversation.
Hopefully we have satisfied all of your concerns for this project. Please let me know if you
have any additional questions or comments.

Dear Mr. Shelling:
We have reviewed the construction plans submitted to the Hamilton County Surveyor's
Office on March 3, 2004 for this project and have the following comments:
1. This project falls within the jurisdiction of Hamilton County.
2. This proposed project falls in the Crooked Creek Watershed (Mayflower Park
Rcgulatcd Drain Arm) and ha.s a restriction rate of .25 CFS per acre.
Please snbmit an outlet permit for the discharge into the Mayflower Park Arm of
the Crook Creek Regulated Drain. The applications are available on our website
at www.co.hamilton.in.us, click on Department Directory, Surveyor's Office, ~nd
then Drainage Permits.
The Hamilton County Surveyor's Office does not allow any orifice pipe in a
regulated drain system to be smaller then 6" diameter. The proposed orifice pipe
in the project, which will remain private and not part of the regulated system, is
sized at 3.5" diameter and could be a continuing maintenance problem for the
owner. You may consider increasing the pipe size as much as possible, but still
meet the restriction rate for the watershed.
5. Please show the emergency overflow (including a cross section view) and
emergency flood routing for the dry detention basin.

Following are CTRWD comments on the agenda items effecting our sanitary sewers or service
area for the March 17, 2004 TAC meeting. Please feel free to copy and distribute this
email or attach it to your meeting minutes. Please refer to our website link

Weston Park, Lot 3 - National City Bank (Development Plan Amendment and D~DLS)
The District's consultin9 engineers have reviewed the plans. The District will send them
to IDEM for State permit. If these plans change as a result of the TAC review, the
District will need to review them again. Building permits s~ould NOT be issued unless the
District has issued connection permits.
Power Market [~%
The petitioner will need to contact the District to discuss the proposed sanitary sewer
connection; District specifications apply in this area and will need to be included on the
plans. Other requirements may also apply at the time the District issues its connection
permit. Building permits should NOT be issued unless the District has issued connection
permits.
Replat of Mayflower Park, Lot 1, Blk 1
The District has no comments on the re-plat unless it affects the sanitary sewers in
development.
Hamilton Crossing West, Bldg 1 Little Star School - Special Use
No plans have been submitted for District review. Please advise the developer to submit
three (3) sets of plans to the District and two (2) sets to CTE Engineers for review and
comment.
Crooked Stick Golf Course - Clubhouse
District specifications apply in this area and will need to be included on the plans.
Building permits should NOT be issued unless the District has issued connection permits.

District sanitary sewers do not exist in the area of the proposed subdivision. If
sanitary sewers are desired, a formal request will be required.
