allowed)
Docket No. 11120025 V Ch.25.07.02 -10 C Maximum square footage (100 sq. ft.

Third sign on Building #5, east facade along I -465
Currently one sign on building
Second sign received a variance but has not been installed
Signage consistent with other buildings in the corridor
Public Bearing closed
Department Report:
Rachel Boone
Common to have more signs on the buildings to identify tenants
Size and logo stipulations are comparable to other signs already in place in Parkwood Crossing
Department recommended positive consideration of all variances.
Discussion:
Logo would be 25 square feet of proposed 100 square feet sign
Overall sign would be 100 square feet with name and graphic image
Logo maximum height of 3 feet for one line of letters; 4 feet for two lines of letters
o Merrill Lynch is five feet on north side
Tenants like flexibility
Location of sign has not been determined
Placement would probably be closer to corner for I -465 visibility
Centered signs often suggest main tenant of building
Any additional sign location would need another variance
Action: Mr. Wilfong APPROVED Docket Nos. 11120023 V through 11120025 V, Parkwood
Crossing Building 5 Signage for definition of sign area (requesting to measure logo area separately
from non -logo parts of the sign); number of signs (3 proposed, 2 allowed); and maximum square
footage (100 proposed, 75 allowed).
Adjournment
