We are counsel to Three Penn Mark Plaza, LLC, the owner of the property commonly
known as Three Penn Mark Plaza, which is situated at 11455 North Meridian Street, Carmel,
Indiana. Three Penn Mark has petitioned the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals for approval
of three (3) exterior wall signs, all of which will be comprised of individual letters. There will be
one sign located on each of three of the four exterior walls of the building (east, west and south),
which is a minor deviation from the sign ordinance, which would permit two such signs.
Enclosed with this letter you will find a Notice of Public Hearing describing the variance petition
and the public hearing to be conducted on the Petition. Please note that Three Penn Mark's
variance petition will be considered by the Hearing Officer for the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning
Appeals, commencing at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, February 1, 2005. The petition will be heard in
the City Hall Council Chambers, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana, 46032.
